Refunds and returns

We are pleased to refund or exchange unworn and unmarked goods with original packaging in a saleable condition accompanied by the purchase invoice within 28 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of your returned items, however please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account.

In accordance to your rights we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints goods are found to be defective as to quality description or performance.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.

For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service the US or Europe.

We do not pay for return postage this will be at your own cost.
